I am new to the AT-20 and really love the flexibility of the software. I have an odd tuning that I use a lot that involves taking standard tuning and tuning the B string to C. I then add a partial CAPO at the fourth fret. The partial CAPO can be across the middle three or the middle four strings. This is now called the Liberty tuning. The goal of it is to product a lot of one and two finger chord patterns. I wonder how this would be setup on AT-20.

Download the ATG settings manager and open up the presets tab. From what you've described above I work your tuning out to be (Low to High) E C# F# B E G# (assuming partial Capo at 4th fret across middle 3 strings) In the custom tunings box enter (from Low E to High E )  E1= 0 , A1= +400, D2= +400, G2= +400 - B2= +100 & E3 = 0. That should give your tuning when playing open strings and working on the basis that 100 = the amount of cents per half step. It may be 200 but I cant remember. Either way what you want is possible!
