Hey all.

I love my ATG-1. I love it so much, that when I got the email saying that they were discontinuing support, I cried into my beer.

Then I went and bought a second pedal in case the first ever broke.

Anyways, I never updated the software or bought any of the feature packs. Now the clock is ticking and I realized I need to get it done for both pedals. I bought a MIDI to USB cable, plugged it into the ATG-1, and then ran the software manager. "Unable to connect to your ATG"

I'm like 99% positive the issue is that I just bought a cheap-o MIDI cable on Amazon. but I'm looking on this post:

http://autotuneforgu...ttings-manager/

and for some reason I'm not able to view the picture that Henrik posted for the approved MIDI cables. I've tried it in a few browsers, but it's not loading. Can someone tell me which MIDI cables to buy? I really want to get everything updated before the 31st cut off.

Thanks for the help.

Yes, a cheap MIDI cable interface from Amazon (think I know the one: black with silver wires?) is not going to work.  The best bet is one of the following two interfaces:

M-Audio MIDISport UNO: https://www.sweetwat...tore/detail/Uno

Roland UM-1 MKII: https://www.sweetwat...detail/UMOneMk2

Both of these interfaces work.  In fact, these are the ones I am using myself.  You will need to install the provided driver for each interface in order for them to work.

Thanks for the reply Henrik,

This was the one I bought that didn't seem to work:

I just purchased the Roland one. Thanks for the quick response.
